How might we modernize manpower management tech to optimize USMC force planning from recruitment to retirement?
Working with the newly formed Marine Corps Manpower IT Systems Modernization (MITSM) portfolio, I came in to partner and lead the client through a human-centered approach to digital transformation. Through interviews with leadership, officers, and enlisted Marines, as well as multiple full-day workshops, we developed a high-level "As-Is" ecosystem of force planning, readiness, analysis, and the needs of Marines within the exisisting human resources enterprise architecture.
